Refund policy

At MAGNIFY, every piece is created with intention and designed to inspire connection, authenticity, and conscious self-expression.

Since each item is produced individually and we hold no physical stock, we only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects, whether related to the fabric or the print quality.

While we aim for excellence, if a manufacturing defect occurs — whether in the fabric or the print — we’ll make it right. That’s why we’ve created this return policy with clarity, transparency, and care, and we ask that you always speak with us first before initiating a return. In the rare event of a confirmed defect, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

 

- Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately into production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Each piece is crafted specifically for you — which means we begin preparing your item as soon as your order is confirmed.

We kindly ask that you double-check all information (including size, style, color, and shipping address) before proceeding to payment.

This level of attention helps us reduce errors, avoid waste, and honour the intention behind every creation.

- Can I return my order?

We only accept returns in the event of a proven manufacturing defect, whether related to the fabric or the print quality. All return requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they reflect the cost of safely delivering your made-to-order piece. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer a thoughtful and sustainable experience from creation to delivery.


- Returns: What’s possible?

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@magnifyconnection.com;

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue;

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition;

- After our review, we’ll let you know whether a refund or replacement will be issued and provide you with the necessary guidance;

- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method;

- We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) services for returns. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility if a return is required.


- How long do I have to submit a return or exchange request?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.


- Which items can’t be returned under any condition?

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

- Products on sale or marked as ‘last units’ are not eligible for return or exchange;

- Items returned without approval or beyond the 7-day window;

- Items returned used, washed, or not in original condition;

- Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete. Please make sure to review your details before confirming your purchase.


Since each piece is produced individually upon request, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate returns based on personal preference or sizing decisions. This production model allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and focus on delivering quality with meaning, aligned with the harmony we seek to cultivate through sustainability and conscious choices.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods made to order. As all MAGNIFY items are crafted uniquely for each order, we are not obligated to accept returns for reasons unrelated to product faults.

That’s why we gently remind you to review the size chart available on every product page. If a piece fits larger or smaller than standard sizing, that information will be clearly indicated to support your decision.


Important notes for Apparel orders:

Sizing: Please refer carefully to the size chart available on each product page. Some models may run slightly larger or smaller than standard sizing. We do our best to indicate this in the product descriptions. We do not accept returns based on size discrepancies if the size chart has been correctly followed.

Color & appearance: Please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly as depicted in our online store.


Important notes for Poster orders:

Our posters are made-to-order and produced individually by our print partner. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to the printing process. These are within accepted industry tolerances and are not considered defects. If your poster arrives damaged or with quality issues, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund,  through the same payment method used during purchase, once the issue is confirmed.


A final note, from us to you

We do not keep inventory, so every piece is made just for you and our model doesn’t allow for flexible returns like traditional retail.

We ask for your kind understanding and encourage you to double-check your size, color, and style before completing your order. All relevant information is clearly listed on each product page.
