- What inspired the creation of MAGNIFY?
Our inspiration came from those quiet moments and deep conversations, about why we’re here, how we grow, and how we align our energy. We realised that everything is connected — the way we care for ourselves, for others, for the world.
You’ve probably asked yourself these same questions too, because awareness is often where harmony begins. And deep down, you’ve likely felt that.
Everything was created as a gentle reminder of that truth. Not only for you, but for everyone your presence touches in this shared cosmos.
- Why is each item made just for me?
Even though our designs are shared, each piece is made-to-order, only created when you choose it with intention.
This process allows us to honour and respect the rhythm of the planet. It reduces waste, avoids overproduction, and keeps us aligned with purpose.

- What size should I choose?
It all depends on how you want to express your energy.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide, along with notes on whether the fit is true to size, oversized or more fitted — so you can choose what feels right for you.
Alignment isn’t about a number. It’s about comfort, presence, and the energy you carry.

Absolutely. If you’re between sizes or unsure about the fit, we’re here for you.
Check the size guide on the product page and take a moment to check your measurements and compare them with the chart. Then, if you’re still in doubt, feel free to reach out through our contact page.

- Why do you ask us to check sizing so carefully?
Each piece is made-to-order with intention and care.
We don’t hold stock, which means your item is created just for you after the order is placed. That’s why choosing the right size from the beginning is so important. This process helps reduce waste, respects the rhythm of production, and supports a more conscious experience for everyone involved. For that reason, we only accept returns in cases where the product has a verified defect.

- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to selected countries in Europe, North America and Oceania.
To check if shipping is available to your country, simply enter your address at checkout. The available options will appear automatically. As a made-to-order brand, we focus on reaching each place with intention and care. If your country is not yet included, we appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our reach in the future.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of product and your location.
- For posters, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days.
- For apparel, it usually takes between 9 to 21 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and local logistics. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external circumstances beyond our control.

- How much does shipping cost?
Most of the shipping cost is covered by us, as part of our commitment to making conscious design more accessible.
- For orders within the EU, shipping is free on purchases over €100.
- For orders outside the EU, shipping is free on purchases over €150.
Below those amounts, a small shipping fee will apply. You’ll be able to see the final cost at checkout after entering your delivery address.

- Will I receive tracking information
Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. You can also track it anytime through [this link]. Each step is a reminder that your piece is on its way to connect with you.
- Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and depend on factors such as the value or weight of the shipment. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, customs policies vary from country to country, and we are unable to predict or influence them. Orders shipped to the US are currently covered under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning customs fees are already included. For all other destinations, including countries within the EU, customs fees may still apply depending on your location and the specifics of your order. - My order is taking longer than expected — what should I do?
We invite you to check your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery details. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us at support@magnifyconnection.com — we’ll be glad to help and ensure your order finds its way to you.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the shipping address once the order has been placed. Due to our made-to-order model, your item goes into production shortly after the order is confirmed. This means we cannot cancel or update any shipping details once the process begins. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping information at checkout to ensure everything is correct before finalising your purchase. Thank you for your understanding and care.

- Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we’re not able to make any changes.
As each item is made-to-order, it enters production very shortly after confirmation. We kindly invite you to double-check everything before completing your order.
- I order multiple products - they will arrive together?
Depending on the type of product, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Our apparel and poster collections are produced in different facilities and follow different production timelines.
This means your items may be shipped and delivered independently, even if ordered together.
- Can I cancel my order?
Due to our made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each piece enters production shortly after your order is confirmed, which means we cannot stop or reverse the process.
We kindly ask that you review all details carefully before finalising your purchase.
- Wich payment methods do you accept?
You can choose the payment method that feels most aligned with you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For Portugal-based customers, Multibanco is also available.
- Is it safe to shop at MAGNIFY?
Our store is powered by Shopify, a leading global e-commerce platform that uses secure encryption and data protection measures. All transactions are processed safely, and your personal information is handled with care and confidentiality.

- Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive your invoice directly by email — a simple reminder that everything is aligned.
- What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in the local currency of the country you select at checkout. Prices will update automatically to reflect your chosen location.
- I didn't received any e-mail after my order. What should I do?
Sometimes, even the invisible threads that connect everything can take an unexpected turn.
If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam or promotions folder, it might be waiting there quietly.

— Returns & Refunds
- Can I return my order if I changed my mind?
Each MAGNIFY piece is made individually, just for you. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind or sizing decisions.This approach helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction and honour the conscious, intentional flow behind each creation.
That’s why we kindly ask you to review the size chart on each product page before ordering. If a fit runs smaller or larger than usual, we’ll always let you know to support your decision.

- What if the item arrives damaged or defective?
We care deeply about quality and work every day to ensure that each piece arrives in full harmony.
Still, not everything always aligns as expected. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement. Simply follow the steps in our returns policy to begin the process.

- Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. At MAGNIFY, we cover most of the shipping expense to make conscious design more accessible.
The fee you contribute helps ensure your made-to-order piece is delivered safely and responsibly. We appreciate your understanding as we honour a mindful journey from creation to delivery.
- Can I exchange an item for a different size or model?
Since each piece is made individually upon request, we’re not able to offer exchanges for different sizes or models.
We kindly ask that you review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If a fit runs smaller or larger than usual, that information will be clearly noted on the product page.

- How long do I have to request a return for a defective item?
If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Make sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know whether a refund or replacement will be issued, and guide you through the next steps. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Please note that for returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer freight-to-collect services.

- What if I no longer wish to be part of the MAGNIFY CIRCLE?
We understand that energy shifts.
If you ever feel the need to step away, you’ll find an “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of every email you receive from us. Still, we’d love to know why our energies no longer align. - What is MAGNIFY doing about sustainability?
At MAGNIFY, we believe every choice matters. That’s why we’ve already taken our first steps: our SORONA t-shirts are made with a blend of cotton and bio-based Sorona® fibers, offering natural softness, comfort, and durability.
We also ship all apperal products in compostable packaging, sourced from 100% plant-based materials that naturally break down and return to the soil.
We know sustainability is a journey. This is the starting point that best reflects the energy we want to share. Our purpose is to make sustainability one of MAGNIFY’s core values, evolving with intention and responsibility.
